1. Send Us What You Have
Send a physical sample of the worn tooling, an engineering drawing, or simply the make and model of your extruder along with your cable specification. Any one of these is usually enough to start.
2. We Match and Manufacture
Our engineering team measures the sample or works from your drawing, confirms the geometry against your conductor size and compound, and machines the replacement in-house on CNC equipment.
3. You Get Tooling That Fits
The replacement is made to fit your existing machine and run your existing compound — with the option to upgrade the material specification (for example carbide for abrasive compounds) so it lasts longer than the part it replaced.

Yes. We manufacture replacement dies, tips, crossheads, screws, barrels and spares for any make of extruder, including imported and older machines.
Do I need the original engineering drawing?
No. A physical sample of the worn part is usually enough for us to measure and match. A drawing or the machine make and model also works.
Can you improve on the original part?
Often yes. We can upgrade the material specification — for example tungsten carbide instead of steel for abrasive or filled compounds — so the replacement lasts longer than the original.
What information should I send with my enquiry?
Send the machine make and model, your cable or conductor specification, the compound you run, and a photo or sample of the worn tooling. That is normally enough for us to quote.
